PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Processing Time Pre-orders are processed and shipped once the item becomes available. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. During high-demand drops and limited releases, fulfillment timelines may vary.

Pre-Order Refund & Change Policy All pre-order sales are final after 24 hours of purchase. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we can accommodate refunds or changes. After this window, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted.

STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout • Free standard shipping on orders over $350 (US only)

Domestic Shipping (US) We ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by location (10–21 business days).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dreamsneverdie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
