PRE-ORDER REFUND POLICY
Due to the bespoke nature of our pre-order process, refunds are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only. After this period, your piece is confirmed and moved into production. No exceptions.
STANDARD REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns We have a 30-day return policy on standard orders only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at dreamsneverdieDNDllc@gmail.com., If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
