Thank you for supporting Dreamsneverdie! Here's everything you need to know about our pre-order process.

Production & Fulfillment Timeline

All pre-order items are made to order. Standard production takes 2–3 weeks, followed by 2–3 business days for shipping once your order is fulfilled.

During high-demand periods or when order volume is elevated, production may extend to 5–6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work hard to deliver every order with care.

Delays Beyond 6 Weeks

In the rare event that your order exceeds the 6-week window, you will automatically receive 50% store credit of your orderapplied to your next purchase as a thank-you for your continued support and understanding.

Changes & Cancellations

All pre-orders are final 24 hours after purchase. You have a 24-hour window from the time of your order to request any adjustments after that, your order is locked in.
